I´m particularly puzzled by the reference to a "web server". What
makes a "web server" different than a "database server" or "file
server" or just "pc" for that matter?.
Shouldn´t it have been titled "can a PC be powered by a wind turbine?".
Considering that there´s web servers for the smallest of devices (even
PalmOS smartphones and PDAs)...

...if a PalmOS device can run from a wind turbine then of course a
PalmOS web server can run from it.
:)
...Just curious and thinking aloud....

PS: Here´s one tiny embedded Linux device that looks very
promising.... the sheevaplug
