Brilliant: I went over my quota for data on my phone last month, on Friday night. I tried to phone to add to my quota over the weekend, but was told that I would have to wait until 8:00am on Monday to do so - or even just to query my current bill.

I had mistakenly assumed that being a telco, I could call them 24/7 to resolve such issues. Silly me.
