Melbourne, Phoenix, LA -- any city with a valley of sorts will get 
this. When I was in Denver in August, we could tell the day of the 
week by the amount of haze between us and the mountains over the 
interstate highway. Weekends were beautiful.

Lower level smog is one thing, but I think the really bad stuff is 
accumulation much higher. I'm sure the low level stuff is adding to 
the problem.
