I posted a comment to this effect on the Oz story, but they seem very
selective about the ones they publish.
Those calling for the private sector to do the job of implementing a
ubiquitous network have a short memory. The government went to the
market seeking a solution, but Telstra offered a three page snub.
To be fair there are, however, many [commie pinko NBN] supporters that
did get their comment published on Mr. Wood's WCIT blather in Mr.
Murdoch's press.
