I am sure that Senator Lundy's Tweets from the public consultation will 
keep us sufficiently informed.

But the NBN must have Telstra worried. In a Telstra Bigpond TV 
advertisement at 9:29qam on Prime TV in Canberra this morning there was 
the line: "... Bigpond broadband runs on Australia's largest and fastest 
national broadband network ...".

This is deceptive advertising, as the phrase "national broadband 
network" is associated with the Government's NBN project, being 
undertaken by NBN Co, not Telstra.
