Rubbish.

As we discussed a while ago, the NBN isn't a national network, it's a 
number of disconnected regional hubs. Just because the phrase "national 
broadband network" is associated with the NBN project doesn't make it true.

Telstra has more of a claim to being a national network.

It's the government and the NBN who are being deceptive.
