i've not had this problem, but i found that ie tab was preventing ff4
from updating the address displayed for any tab - as i navigated around,
the address never changed. disabling ie tab 'fixed' the problem.

possibly one of your 'add-ons' is messing with ff4's rendering engine
somehow?
