[LINK] firefox 4.0 problem - lost display

This happens to me occasionally.  I believe it is either firefox itself or one of my security extensions not allowing redirection/refresh.  

It happened today for me on this site:

http://www.gsa.gov/

When I looked at the code this was the page:

<head>
<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0; URL=/portal">
<title> GSA Home </title>
</head>

For some reason I never got a notification that there was a redirect.  I just opened the page again and it worked fine, then a second time and it didn't.  Bad.
