Oh well, I did it all by myself and I haven´t spent more than US $300*
in cable and RJ45 sockets. (Not counting the GigE switch, which I
already owned).
Of course, I had to drill through brick walls, but I only live in a
small flat with 3 rooms not counting kitchen.
The rest was having enough plastic wire ducts

and a glue gun to place those just above the skirting boards, near the
floor level, and of course glue the cat5e cables inside.
Carefully done, it´s almost unnoticeable.

A very nice DIY project that will serve my needs for years to come. I
don´t say it was easy (it took me a couple months to complete and get
right), but it was worth every cent.
Just FYI in case this helps someone else get rid of Wi-Fi. :)
