My experience leads me to separate retired men broadly into two categories:
- those who can't figure out what to do with their time and;
- those who wonder how they ever found time to go to work.

For the first group, getting connected would probably be a healthy move. 
The second group has better things to do.

I often wonder how hyper-connected young people manage to find the time 
to do all that they do online.
