When I bought an apartment off the plan in Canberra, the salesman said 
"... and it has Transact if that is of interest ...". They had no idea 
what that was. A fibre optic cable terminated in the basement with CAT 
5e cable to a patch-panel in the bedroom and outlets in the bedroom, 
lounge and kitchen, including one next to the TV antenna socket for 
Internet TV. I told the salesman he was on to a winner, with this being 
close to the university and the apartments have gone up in value:
