[LINK] RFI: A Reader of Cyrillic Languages?

I'd like to do a very quick check of the credibility of a translation.

Does anyone have a mate who reads Bulgarian or Belorussian, or some
other Slavic language that uses Cyrillic (Russian, Serbian,
Ukrainian, ...)?

The background is that a blogger has written to me a couple of times,
asking to translate pages from my site. The communications have been
a fraction strange, but not in the least sinister.

But it would be really nice to know if he's taking the mickey out of me!

All I need the Cyrillic reader to do for me is take a quick glance at
the content and tell me if it looks like what it's meant to be.

The paper in question is here:

It's some notes on defamation on the Web, which I wrote 10 years ago.

Thanks for any leads.
