IT management, on the other hand, first tried throwing more raw
Megahertz at the problem, then SMP, and now just buy the latest
16-core monster to see if the Visual Basic code runs any faster,
although they have as of late decided to move everything to "the
cloud" so performance becomes "somebody else´s problem".
