I'm speaking out of ignorance of what Google 
Wallet does. Still, a barscanning mobile device 
that totes up and pays for items in a cart would 
be one way to eliminate the in-store steps, no? 
For the store to home to pantry steps, I'd need a 
slave or a compliant teenager! ;-)

We also have that low-charge no verification 
thing going on in our supermarkets. Now THAT's a 
disaster waiting to happen for the banks.
