the PR industry, the author says that "the best PR operation is the
one that goes unnoticed, and soon after a PR campaign has started you
have most of the press talking about something that was engineered at
the PR firm..."

It also gives a percentage of the amount of news on a given newspaper
(today would be, news site) that was found to have a PR firm behind
it....
