:-) Excellent point, and I'd 'revise' my quick comments re caution in
criticising online services that went down in connection with flooding, to
exclude those of the type Richard mentions, and/or any others that appear
to have their priorities wrong, based on actually known probability etc. My
comments were really intended to indicate that there are circumstances in
relation to the current flooding, that may not being adequately publicised
around the country, but that does not necessarily mean that there are no
online businesses whose disaster management plans have their
priorities/expenditure mis-applied.
