I did wonder if "Affected" was the right word, but it is the one used by
the Australian Society of Archivists for their "Register of Disaster
Affected Archives and Organisations in Australia" and archivists are
people very careful in their use of words:

The phrase "Affected Archives" was found 4,800 times in a web search:
<http://www.google.com/search?q=+%22Affected+Archives%22>.
Only about 15 of those are from me:
