Unless you're a department secretary who must know where the bodies 
are buried and keeps getting reappointed to different key departments 
by successive governments despite prior stuff ups!

I'd love to see a real house cleaning at that level, if they go to 
Kazakhstan or just somewhere out in woop woop.
