Craig Emerson made a cogent argument this morning around that topic.
His premise was that with the nuclear pull back after the Japanese
situation that the attraction of renewables would go up, leading to
more economic incentives for that area of energy production
(capture?). Then again, maybe he's just looking for a silver lining
in a radioactive cloud.
