Here's a segment of a recent paper that applies the principles:

One of the points made in the article is that the Terms of various 
Internet service-providers keep changing, in almost all cases without 
retention of previous versions;  so you can't rely on a quotation 
being findable at a later date.

Ergo - provide their URL first and a mirror second.
