I suppose I should add my 2 cents' worth.

I've always believed in the proposition that "he mods best who mods least", but to propose that there should be no moderation seems unrealistic. I want and expect the mods to deregister spammers, for example, and, while it's virtually unknown on Link, I can imagine situations in which a public warning or reprimand might be appropriate where it serves as general notice about breaching Link etiquette.

It seems to me that if Robin sinned it was in pinging Tom as a mod rather than as a participant in the conversion; if anything, more an issue for Phil, The Prince of Insufficient Light, than for his boss.

Srsly u guyz - let's not go overboard. The Three Amigos are respected list members who've given of their time and their wisdom to keep Link going. Let's not be too hasty to turn this particular molehill into a mountain.
