Again, not relevant. I'm not the one spouting legal opinions so why
would it matter what my legal qualification are?

It might be better to preface your statements as personal opinions
rather than legal conclusions which you obviously are not qualified to
make. I have no issues with people stating what they think based on
information they have. I certainly have issues with making outright
accusations with no evidence or qualifications to support them.
