You clearly think my "legal opinions" are wrong - on what basis? You,
too, have no qualifications. Luckily for both of us, you don't have to
be a lawyer to have opinions about legality, nor be a professional
ethicist to have opinion about ethics.

The world would be a quiet place if only those with qualifications were
ever allowed to discuss things. Or are you of the opinion that we should
all just shut up and let "qualified people" run everything?

"Qualified people" gave us the recent global financial crisis.

This is not to denigrate qualifications; they certainly have their
place, and they should be informing this debate. But ordinary people,
thinking carefully and discussing matters with each other and with their
representatives, also have a part to play in affairs, local or global.

In fact, it's the basis of democracy.

As to evidence, I thought we were agreed that there is no uncompromised
source in this matter? So we have to call it as we see it.
