Err no. Firstly the NBN wont be delivering retail phone services...
[cough cough]
Secondly, globally carriers are reporting dropping ARPU's on voice
traffic.
Apparently, for some unknown reason, consumers are preferring the
cheaper broadband plans with Skype loaded.

Go figure.
