It would be good to hear what is happening, with regard to human support 
for technology in schools.

Though the Commonwealthwhole of government outsourcing experiment also 
failed dismally. Perhaps there needs to be some kind of benchmarking of 
allocation of IT Spend between technology and people, coupled with a 
platform/support/skills standards.

It would be interesting to see this reported on the myschool website.
