With Firefox on Linux I get a blank page. Not even the URL displayed in
the location bar. And no warnings about certificates. Attempts to use
subURLs like https://ib.nab.com.au/nabib resulted in "forbidden"
messages.
So this web page is pretty broken, one way or another.

It didn't hide it in Firefox, but it did clear it.
