Sorry. I FIRST navigated to <http://nab.com.au> and then clicked
on the link to LOGIN.  Direct nav to the login page does not seem
to be supported.

It seems that if your refering page is not <http://nab.com.au>,
as a safety mechanism, the login page is not displayed.
