In the past, the distributed nature of the 'net stymied attempts at 
control. The forces of evil are coming to grips with the "problem". 
Perhaps we need to increase the nebulosity of the 'net - make it even 
more difficult to grasp.

Could something like mesh or swarm networking - constantly changing, no 
discernible structure - be a solution? Would that make the 'net more 
difficult for the average user; making walled gardens more attractive? 
How then to deal with issues like Google itself?
