If it's a media-release reticulation service, then no.

If it's journalism, then yes.

[Qualification:  I agree that 'teach' (your word, not mine) is too 
high a standard.  I'd settle for as little as 'acknowledge', 'refer 
to', maybe even 'mention'.  Provided of course that there are other 
articles from time to time that examine the other dimensions - and in 
turn acknowledge / refer to / at least mention the proponents' views.]
