Part of the problem is the historic difficulty and modern ease of 
reproduction. The owner of a copy of a book doesn't have the right to 
reproduce the content either - but it was less of an issue.

Forget about who inherits your digital libary - what happens when you 
switch from an iPad to a Kindle to a Nook to an Android?

Interesting. There is much debate about pricing. I have now priced my 
eBooks at USD4.99 and the print on demand paperbacks at USD15 on Lulu.
