Yes but my point is that including "express" in the GXC service is
deliberately misleading, and steals the best advantage the USPS had,
EMS.

I don´t know how much money -if any- the US Postal Service makes with
GXC, all I think is a taxpayer-paid service should not act as a
collecting agent for private corporations like FedEx who´d really like
to see the USPS go away**.

**Back in 2004:

"Michael Eskew, chairman and chief executive officer of UPS,
recommended the Postal Service focus on its essential services rather
than competing in parcel delivery. "We believe the package business is
well served by the private sector," he said. "

"Fred Smith, chairman and chief executive officer of FedEx, told
members of the Senate Governmental Affairs Committee to shut down the
Postal Service or make changes that allow it to compete. "

Gee, I guess their opinion was unbiased.
