Actually, in terms of social needs, nursing is an occupation where we 
need more people sooner.
"The average age of nurses is increasing. The average age of
employed nurses in 2008 was 44.1 years, up from 43.3 years
in 2004. The proportion of nurses aged over 50 is 34.9%."
