Health, in its wisdom, is following a stratgey that:
1. Delivers a base platform for a data warehouse (the Accenture deal,
John refers to)
2. Puts specialist software on that platform (the RFT John alludes to in
his article, which has closed)
3. A panel for BI consulting services - which will be used to assist
with the analysis etc.
So the answer to your question is - Yes, and that is exactly what they
are doing,
