This is where the ULL price increases approved by ACMA last year have
come back to bite the incumbent on the bum. $6.30 increase to $16.00
gave the NBN and the ISP's an additional $10.00 fat to play with to
allow the increased competitiveness.

So I'm not sure who pulled the wool over whose eyes with that one.

As far as the end game is concerned, (cheaper NBN pricing) I would like
to say "Well played".

When we relate that to David Boxhall's comments earlier in this thread,
the discounting appears to cross over into Satellite. So that might put
a dent in my logic, but I don't believe it totally disqualifies it in
Toto.
