they're absolutely right, because only Apple customers deserve access to
educational materials. if some students don't buy the right brand (or
can't use or see a touchscreen because of some disability) they're just
not worth bothering with.
also, it's really important that every site has its own half-assed and
badly written app because what the world really needs is more poorly
written buggy software and lots more spyware.
