Unfortunately it's somewhat ambiguous, because it reports only on
whole townships, not even at suburb-level, let alone awkward little
enclaves.
It also omits part of Weston Creek that's been developed since the
fires in 2003, plus the whole of the new Stromlo township immediately
north of Weston Creek. Most of that township is nearing the stage of
infrastructure completed / roads opened, and one small part already
has a dozen houses nearing completion.
However, it would be unfair to be too critical of NBNCo on this one.
It's a huge job - and that's just the release of geographical plans
...
