one or two notches - there aren't too many heavily populated areas that aren't covered
in the green 3-year areas,
plus the pink 1-year areas and the orange  areas in Gungahlin, Amaroo and Ngunnawal
that are being built now.

Visually it looks like close to 100% coverage in 3 years.

I believe Tasmania will also be largely completed in the first 3 years.

Sadly, my house in Sydney isn't green, although both parents and in-laws are, so they
might be getting more weekend visits from the grandkids :-)
