The OLPC is not like "any other computer". It is NOT designed to create
users of Windows or Linux. It boots into a GUI environment (SUGAR) that
includes common apps so that students can do their class tasks in MATH,
language learning etc.

They do not learn about "Start menu" or Word or Excel. They learn about
math, language, etc.
In other words, the OLPC (coupled with its software) is NOT for "learning
about computers" but actually an enhanced version of the handwritten
notebook or excercise book.
