Irritating. I got that too. But at least they did advise. And it's not
really THAT important. And they don't say that they are taking away the
text-only option, only that they will be changing your preferred format
to HTML. It will be interesting to see if the text-only option
disappears. At the moment, it is still there on the personal details
page if you log in.

Whatever else it is, this move is *arrogant*. "We are changing things to
suit ourselves and don't bother replying". Not a good look, but somehow
not unexpected from the current Qantas management.
