Earlier estimates were ~40,000 cabinets, when the loop length was to be about 1 km.
I seem to recall seeing something yesterday around  ~60,000 cabinets, which is
probably close for a 800m loop length.

At the very least Its a lot of whirring cooling fans, that can't be sited directly
across the fence from a residential window, without a lot of sound-deadening
insulation being installed inside the cabinet.
