[LINK] Au sites and resources serious lagging

SMH and e-mail working fine from an iiNet user. News Limited sites fine,
ditto ABC.
Speeds at speedtest.net are a joke - 5 Mbps down, 750 Kbps up. Ping okay
at 21 ms. Same at the Optus speed test and BigAir. Kinda down for an
ADSL2+ service, even 2km from Petersham.
