ASAIK, IBM did the retail, I don't know who did the CFA site.

IBM used to do the Olympics, still do the tennis, so they have the 
ability and capability. But you can't always blame the vendor. It 
depends what the customer asks for - they are the ones who own the 
problem and pay for the solution.
