I was able to access the mobile version of the Victorian Country Fire 
Authority website from my laptop.

The mobile home page has fewer errors than the desktop one. It is not 
clear to me why CFA has separate mobile and desktop versions of the 
website. Resources would be better spent on modifying the mobile website 
so it looks okay on desktop computers.
