Not that I'd accept ANYTHING from the Heritage Foundation without first verifying it against independent data from any number of more trusted sources. Hey, these guys fund many of the 'pay per opinion not research' climate sceptics, funded the tobacco sceptics, walk hand in hand with the NRA and the like, and have a history shall we say of 'politically motivated academic opinion generation' that makes any other Society for Whatever Extremist Right Wing Causes look like a public benevolent institution run by Albert Schweitzer.

Some left wing 'institutes' are just as bad, of course

Whatever happened to 'political science' or was it always a furphy meant to to disguise blatant bias to the left or right?
