Yes, and thanks Fernando. An interesting perspective. I'm not convinced
that the Index is a dud because highly ranked nations don't necessarily
shine shortly thereafter. But still, his is an interesting counter-view.

But to tell the truth I don't really care too much what Positive Top 10 
International Ranking's being presented, or how valid or otherwise that 
ranking may be. As long as Australia is IN the Top 10. And, the results
are widely disseminated. If it's a 'good' thing and we are in it, great.

Aussies know that this is the best country. If others are only noticing
that now, even if helped by maybe artificial rankings, that's fine haha.
Silly I know but I love it when we beat the bloody poms at cricket also,
and, that's probably as meaningful in the grand order of our multiverse.
Maybe more important.
