hate to say it, but some vets have major mental problems and do need 
to be monitored. The type of restricted area would need to be spelt 
out. Drug supplies maybe?

Not sure it's worth that much, though, or shouldn't be handled in a 
different way. The use of RFID for supply and equipment tracking is 
included in that price tag, isn't it? So the incremental cost for 
other tracking practices would be minimal for inclusion. Doesn't make 
it moral, though.

Also keep in mind that some of those returning vets weren't the most 
savory characters to begin with, given the nature of an all-volunteer 
force during an economic downturn. I know, support our troops and all 
that, but just saying, there are some not so nice realities in armies 
and who is in them.
