The the white paper agenda and action changed shortly after PM's digital
economy forum.

See "Conroy seizes Cyber whitepaper"
http://www.governmentnews.com.au/2012/10/29/article/Conroy-seizes-Cyber-whitepaper/QMDSHZDJFA.html

It's all in a bit of disarray especially as the election approaches.

Tthe cyber-bullying aspects were covered in Gillard's address last week see
http://www.pm.gov.au/press-office/transcript-remarks-bcyberwise-launch

AGIMO which was supposed to foster cloud with industry engagement has since
been split into two see
http://www.itnews.com.au/News/326635,agimo-split-into-two-parts.aspx

I reckon the action is really with AG's covering data privacy and security
as well as copyright reform.

Nation-wide cloud computing standards are also a possibility as it has
trade policy and privacy implications.

Anyone else got info on this moveable feast?
