Of course it doesn´t. That´s why the ´let´s 3D print the world´ is a pipe dream.
Most of the cheap 3D printers use the same kind of plastic as source
as "hot glue guns"... which produces slightly flexible parts. Great
for reproducing toy parts and toy soldiers, but little else that needs
to be subject to extreme pressure or force.
Call me when the IT industry comes with sub-$500 desktop plastic
extruder, or sub-$200 CNC machine. (There´s a $500 CNC machine
already, and I´d take that over a melted plastic ´3d printer´
anytime)... see below:
