And if innocuous low level minions like Snowden, Manning and the like are indicative of the access capabilities of the various NSA, general security bureaucracy, military, contractor and other parties entitled to peruse the PRISM and other collected data ... or in other words of the lack of data segmentation and security in the government sphere ... then that number probably runs into tens of millions around the planet.

Given that I usually work off a percentage of the population that are total bastards as being about 2% of the total population, that means the prospective number of the Nefarious is literally legion - say 5 legions (30,000).

And that's even before you plug in the non-government-sponsored nasties.

Yes ... it's a wonderful world we live in.               :)
