[LINK] NICTA job URL

Hi,
in my continuing search for a job, I am coming up short, either because of 
age, postcode or 457 competition.  But nonetheless I soldier on and attempt
to apply for at least a few reasonable looking roles each week.

Today, I came across an interesing role in NICTA, which I started to apply
for, until I started uploading my CV.  Then I came across this URL component
when presented with the page to put my personal information in:

https://nicta.silkroad.com/epostings/index.cfm?company_id=16182&version=1&fuseaction=app.welcome

Surely NICTA is not hosting their stuff with Silk Road? 
Is this URL even safe - I am reticent to now upload my CV and application there,
given the relationship between SilkRoad and certain elements of criminal activity
known to operate there.

Or am I confusing the Silk Road brand with something else?
